Could this be and easy answer for modern drug testing? Implant a chip and now your National Governing Body and any anti-doping agency can find you. The chip could solve all your paper work problems. And if you get lost search and rescue will be able to find you with in hours. Here is a company that is making chips for people. Most of the chips being made now are for people with Alzheimer’s disease, or military. Could Olympic athletes be next?

I prefer the chip idea. No more paper work no more Bullshit! But now the anti doping authorities have to use their brains to figure out who is doping by where they are going and why? Because from what I understand the testing is not that great, people that dope use substances and methods that are really hard to develop tests for.
